Start everything by asking yourself: If this were simple, what would it look like?” Then DO THAT.

It may sound like an obvious concept but here’s the thing: whether it’s because we don’t know any better, or we just keep doing what we’ve always done (because who likes change?), we often over-complicate processes, work, projects, relationships, and more.
▪️▫️
So before you jump into something the same way you’ve always done it, just because, start imagining what would make it easier. Take a few moments to play out the motions. What/who can you cut out? What is actually unnecessary? How can you reorganize tasks or structure? Anything you can delegate to others to play to their strengths & freeing you to dominate what YOU excel at?
▪️▫️ We’re all looking for extra time. Daily. And it exists. And little bits add up. Quickly.

As I hack/audit my day, my projects, my tasks, my life and more, I want to share with you. And while I don’t have all the answers, I know that something as simple as making things easier everywhere we can, will free up time and help us all dominate 2018.
